AI Productivity Tip: Extract Contacts from Zoom Chats

As a busy business person or founder, you're probably in a lot of Zoom meetings. Did you know you can use AI to quickly extract contact information from those chats?

Here's a simple prompt you can try in ChatGPT or a similar AI tool:

Extract names, emails, LinkedIn URLs, and phone numbers from this Zoom chat. Output as CSV with a rowID. Format: rowID, name, email, LinkedIn, phone

Just copy the chat text, paste it into the prompt, and the AI will do the work of pulling out all the relevant contact details. You'll get a clean CSV file you can use to follow up or add to your CRM.

This is a great productivity hack, especially if you're in a lot of meetings with potential partners, investors, or other useful contacts. No more manually typing out info - let the AI do the heavy lifting!
